This cutter can be used for both flooring and roofing slate up to 1/4″ thick. The 24″ long handle provides adequate leverage for easy cutting. Has a hardened steel blade for long life. The flared base gives comfortable support against a tool belt when used for roofing slate. The handle has a saddle cover for extra strength over the nail hole punch. The nail hole punch is 1/8″ diameter and located 9″ from the cutting point of the blade. Has a 3-1/2″ maximum cut per stroke.

Supplied with two each 7/8″ wide X 6″ long material supports for optional use.
