This frame set allows you to make uniform layers of chocolate ganache, fruit gels, and caramels. The frames are an ideal size at 9.5″ square for smaller restaurants and pastry programs. The kitincludes a solid base of 13.4″ length x 12.5″ width x 1.5″ height four frames, and leveling scraper. Two 3mm frames and two 5mm frames which allow you to make uniform alternating layers.
