These anodized aluminum grill grates allow the temperature on the left side of the grill to exceed 650 degrees Fahrenheit to produce the signature grill marks, fast cooking times, intense caramelization, and colour and texture typical of cooking over an open fire or gas-fired grill.

Use one set for one third coverage of a YS480 or half coverage of a YS640, or use two sets to cover the entire cooking area of either pellet grill.
